HAND BASE: A Thin Manicure Without Unnecessary Bulk
A thin manicure should look intentional, not unfinished. LiNTO HAND BASE was developed for this type of service: a fluid, transparent, flexible base that supports a light coating without creating unnecessary volume.
Who is the service for?
Think of a client who wants neat, natural-looking nails rather than a visibly built overlay. The service still starts with assessment. Nail condition, length, and the support required determine whether a thin coating is suitable.
HAND BASE is not a promise that every nail can receive the same minimal application. If the service requires hard-gel structure or repair, choose the appropriate material instead.
Keep the system consistent
LiNTO’s HAND LINE protocol uses HAND BONDER, HAND BASE, and HAND TOP. After the specified preparation and adhesion step, apply HAND BASE thinly and cure it according to the current instructions.
Where additional support is appropriate, a second layer of HAND BASE can be applied with separate curing. Add color if desired, then finish with the specified top. Follow the HAND LINE instructions for the free edge rather than importing habits from another system.
Protect the natural look
- Control the amount on the brush.
- Keep product away from the skin and sidewalls.
- Use the required full curing schedule.
- Check the profile as well as the top view.
The aim is not to make the coating as thin as physically possible. It is to use a material designed for a thin service, in the amount and sequence that allow that service to perform as intended.
